Nutri+ Vegan Protein Pizza Dough is an easy and quick way to bake a protein-rich pizza crust at home. One package makes 5 pizza crusts, and each crust contains 37 g of protein. It's quick to make without proofing - just mix the powders and water, add the toppings and bake.

Mix and knead 140 g of powder with 100 ml of water. Add the fillings and bake in the oven for about 20 minutes (convection oven 180–200 °C / 350–400 °F).

Note: Baking time depends on the oven and the thickness of the dough. If necessary, the baking time can be shortened or extended.

This vegan protein pizza dough is ready in no time: mix 140 g of pizza powder with 100 ml of water, knead quickly and add your favorite toppings. No waiting, no rising! The dough is also suitable for protein-rich pizza rolls or even sweet pizza versions.

The base contains a whopping 37g of protein per pizza and only 2.1g of fat. The base is made with whole grain spelt flour and two high-quality plant proteins, making it a filling, tasty and nutritious alternative to traditional pizza.

Like all nutri+ products, this pizza dough is 100% vegan and does not contain lactose, milk or other animal-derived ingredients.
