Refund policy

Under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act, customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. The store's return policy concerns unused, saleable products in their original packaging.

If you wish to cancel all or part of your order or return a product, please notify us in writing at info@futurepeaks.fi. Please also report any product defects as soon as possible, describing them as accurately as you can so we can investigate whether they are covered by a warranty or statutory defect liability. Returns or replacements of defective products are handled at no cost to the customer. Please also contact us immediately about items damaged during delivery or products that are past their best-before date.

In your message, tell us which products you would like to return (product name and quantity) and the reason for the cancellation or return. We will reply with return instructions.

Our published return policy states that returns are not accepted more than 14 days after delivery.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Our published policy also states that the original shipping costs are not refunded.

If you cancel your order before dispatch, no cancellation charge applies.
