Refund policy
The customer has a 14-day right of withdrawal according to the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. The right of withdrawal applies only to unused and saleable products in their original packaging.
If you wish to cancel your order in part or in full and/or make a return, please provide a written notification by email to info@futurepeaks.fi
In your message, please specify the products you wish to return (product name, quantity) and the reason for cancellation/return. You will receive return instructions in the reply message.
We do not accept returns after 14 days from the date of delivery.
Please note that the customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return. We also do not refund the original order's shipping costs.
If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, there will be no charges for the cancellation.
