How orders work
Orders are automatically renewed according to the delivery interval you choose, and products are automatically delivered after each successful payment.
For example, if you have placed a monthly order, the system will automatically charge your credit card once a month, and you will receive the products at your doorstep without having to place an order again!

Can I pause or cancel my order?
Yes, you can pause or cancel your subscription at any time in the customer portal, as shown in the image below. The only exception is if your subscription requires a certain amount of payments before it can be canceled.
You can access the customer portal via the "magic link" emailed to you when you made your first subscription purchase. You can also manage your subscription by creating a customer account in the online store.

Can I skip or postpone a charge?
Yes. You can skip or postpone a charge in the customer portal. Next to each scheduled delivery, you'll see a Skip payment button that you can use to skip the payment. You can also postpone the payment by pressing Postpone next to the delivery date.

Can I add products to my order?
Of course. You can add products to your order in the customer portal. Click Edit next to the products and you can add, change or remove products from your order.

What happens if the payment cannot be charged?
If your subscription cannot be renewed due to a payment failure, you will receive an email with a link that allows you to securely update your payment method.
