SMS Terms and Conditions – FuturePeaks

By joining FuturePeaks' SMS program, you agree to the following terms. We may send you marketing, promotional, and reminder messages if you have consented to them. The number of messages varies. Your carrier may charge you for messaging and data rates.

You can cancel messages at any time by replying STOP / LOPETA. You will receive a confirmation message of cancellation. For assistance, reply HELP / APU or contact info@futurepeaks.fi.

Opt-out in other programs

To the extent required by applicable law, you may be required to cancel your participation separately for each mobile program you have joined. Please follow the instructions provided in that program.

Changes to message delivery numbers

We may change the short number or telephone number associated with the use of the Service at any time and will notify you of such changes. You agree that STOP or HELP requests sent to us after the number has changed may not be received, and we are not obligated to honor requests sent to the old number.

Delays and delivery problems

Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undeliverable messages. You agree to provide us with a valid phone number. If you change your number, you must re-enroll in the program with the new number.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for:

(a) failed, delayed or misdirected messages,

(b) incorrect content, or

(c) any actions you take or fail to take based on the messages you receive.
