Nosht Sports Drink is a light carbohydrate and electrolyte drink powder for sports and warm conditions. According to the manufacturer's current basic instructions, the drink can be mixed in two strengths.

40 g of powder / 500 ml: 38 g of carbohydrates, 0.5 g of salt, and approx. 42 mg of potassium
20 g of powder / 500 ml: 19 g of carbohydrates, 0.25 g of salt, and approx. 23 mg of potassium
2:1 glucose-to-fructose ratio
Vegan

Usage: mix 40 g with half a liter of water when you want more carbohydrates, or 20 g with half a liter for a lighter hydration drink. The appropriate amount depends on the activity, other refueling, and sweat rate.

How does this differ from the Nosht High-Energy Sports Drink?

This drink is lighter: a 40 g serving provides 38 g of carbohydrates. The High-Energy drink is easier to formulate for very high carbohydrate content and contains more salt and magnesium per serving.

How many carbohydrates are in 500 ml of the drink?

According to the manufacturer's instructions, either 19 g or 38 g, depending on whether you use 20 g or 40 g of powder.

Can the prepared drink be stored?

According to the manufacturer, the prepared drink will keep in the refrigerator for 2–3 days.
