4Endurance 2:1 Gel+ is a caffeinated energy gel for high-intensity and long-duration exercise. One 71 g gel provides 30 g of carbohydrates, 100 mg of sodium and 75 mg of caffeine. The carbohydrates come from maltodextrin and fructose in a 2:1 ratio.

The caffeinated Gel+ is suitable for use, for example, during the latter part of a race or in a workout when you want to combine carbohydrates and caffeine in one easy-to-carry serving. Also keep track of your overall caffeine intake from drinks, gels and supplements.
Directions: The manufacturer recommends 1–3 gels per hour as needed, with water. Adjust your intake to the duration of your activity, your personal tolerance and other energy sources. Do not exceed the manufacturer’s stated maximum of 5 gels per day. Five gels contain 375 mg of caffeine.
