Nutri+ Beta Alanine powder 1000g

100% pure beta-alanine powder

Nutri+ Beta-Alanine is a pure, unflavored beta-alanine powder with no additives. One serving contains 2.5 g of beta-alanine.

Beta-alanine is a non-essential amino acid used by the body to produce carnosine. Carnosine is found particularly in fast-twitch type II muscle fibers, which are used during intense, high-output physical activity. In muscles, carnosine acts, among other things, to buffer acidity.

Usage

Recommended daily dose: 2.5 g of beta-alanine.

The manufacturer recommends taking a dose 30–45 minutes before training. However, please note that beta-alanine only becomes effective after consistent, long-term use. More information can be found in our blog on specialized athlete products.

Beta-alanine is taken daily for several weeks, as muscle carnosine stores increase gradually with regular use.

The powder is neutral in taste, so it can be mixed with water, a sports drink, or another nutritional supplement drink.

Good to know: skin tingling

After consuming beta-alanine, you may experience temporary tingling of the skin, or paresthesia, especially in the face and hands. This is a typical and harmless reaction to beta-alanine.

If the tingling feels uncomfortable, the daily dose can be divided into several smaller doses throughout the day.

Note

A nutritional supplement does not replace a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose.

Store in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight and out of the reach of children. Pregnant and breastfeeding women should consult a doctor before using nutritional supplements.
