Nduranz Nrgy Gel 45 Refill is a refill pack of Nduranz’s high-carbohydrate energy gel. The 1000 g refill pack lets you dispense the gel into a refillable gel flask, reducing the need for single-use gel sachets during training. A 75 g serving in orange flavour provides 45 g of carbohydrates and Nduranz Electrolyte Mix® electrolytes.

Nrgy Gel 45 is designed for long-duration endurance sports. The refill pack is especially suitable for cycling and other activities where you carry a refillable soft gel flask. Dispense the gel into a clean flask, following the manufacturer’s storage instructions. You can meet your energy needs with a combination of gel, sports drink and other carbohydrate sources.

Use: According to the manufacturer’s instructions, 1–2 servings of approximately 75 g per hour with water; the appropriate amount depends on the duration and intensity of exercise and other energy sources.
