Usage
The recommended daily dose is a maximum of 3 sachets. Use a maximum of 1 sachet per hour. Do not use simultaneously with other high-sodium products.
Before training (sodium loading): Mix 1 sachet with 500 ml–1 liter of water. Drink ½–1 dose 30–60 minutes before training. Aim to drink no later than about 25 minutes before the start of the performance. If you only drink half the dose before training, the rest can be consumed during the performance.
During training (sodium replenishment): Mix 1 sachet with 500 ml–1 liter of water and adjust the amount of water according to your hydration needs. Consume the drink evenly during training.
Attention: This product is not recommended for individuals with untreated high blood pressure, kidney disease, certain heart conditions, or those whose doctor has advised limiting sodium intake.
