Nduranz Bicarb provides the buffering effect of sodium bicarbonate in convenient enteric-coated capsules, which reduce adverse gastrointestinal effects. Each capsule is precisely designed for athletes who want to improve their performance in high-intensity efforts by reducing blood acidity and delaying fatigue.

The product has been extensively tested for WADA-prohibited substances in an ISO 17025 accredited laboratory.

Recommended use

Take 1 serving (10 capsules) with 500 ml of water approximately 60 minutes before high-intensity exercise. This is equivalent to 10 g of sodium bicarbonate.

Alternatively, you can calculate the dosage based on body weight: 0.2–0.3 g of sodium bicarbonate per kilogram of body weight. Divide the dose into two parts: one approximately 2 hours before exercise and the other approximately 1 hour before.

To maximize efficiency, it is recommended to supplement with 5 g of sodium bicarbonate per hour during exercise. This can be achieved, for example, by consuming one serving of Nrgy Drink Bicarb 45 per hour.

Note: Sodium bicarbonate contains sodium (salt). High amounts of sodium can cause adverse effects, such as digestive issues. Avoid this by reducing the use of other sodium sources while using the product.
