Nduranz Bicarb contains sodium bicarbonate in delayed-release capsules. Each capsule contains 1 g of sodium bicarbonate, and the package contains 180 capsules.

Manufacturer's instructions: 10 capsules with 500 ml of water approximately 60 minutes before high-intensity performance. The manufacturer also provides an alternative weight-based dosage of 0.2–0.3 g/kg, divided into two doses.

Note: sodium bicarbonate provides a significant amount of sodium, and large doses may cause digestive issues. Test its use during training and take into account other sodium intake.

Sodium bicarbonate acts as a buffer in the blood, neutralizing the accumulation of acidity that can cause fatigue during high-intensity exercise.

Nduranz Bicarb capsules contain only high-quality, pure sodium bicarbonate. To ensure consistent quality and structure, natural filler sorbitol and magnesium salts have been added to the product.

Thanks to these ingredients, sodium bicarbonate does not absorb moisture and remains stable, and the product maintains consistent quality.

ENTERIC COATING
Although sodium bicarbonate has many proven benefits, it has an unpleasant taste and can cause digestive discomfort.

This is why Nduranz Bicarb comes in enteric-coated capsules. The capsules pass through the stomach and dissolve only in the intestines, where the sodium bicarbonate is absorbed and can take effect.

1 GRAM PER CAPSULE
While taking 10 capsules at once is not always convenient, the 1-gram dose per capsule makes them easier to swallow.

Additionally, this allows for precise dosing according to body weight, so you can adjust the amount to suit your specific needs.
