Jelly Bar is an alternative to gels when you want something to chew for energy during training or competition. Its soft texture also makes it suitable for high-intensity efforts if eating bars is otherwise difficult.
Usage: 1–3 pieces per hour as part of your personal carbohydrate plan. Can be combined with a drink or gel.
