The Gel Mix Flask 350 ml is part of the Maurten Gel Mix system. A single serving of Gel Mix 480 contains 120 g of carbohydrates and is mixed with 200 ml of water. The marking on the bottle makes it easy to measure the correct amount of water without a separate measuring cup.
Although the prepared Gel Mix is made with only 200 ml of water, the 350 ml volume of the bottle is intentional: the extra space allows for vigorous shaking of the powder and water and even mixing.
The Gel Mix Flask is particularly suitable for long endurance sports performances where a large amount of carbohydrates needs to be carried in a compact and easily consumable form.
