Gluten-free sweet potato brownies

These gluten-free sweet potato brownies are soft and rich, and they're perfect for a sweet treat without wheat flour.

Preparation time: 60 minutes

Let the chia seeds swell in 100 ml of water.

Meanwhile, peel the sweet potatoes, dice them and boil them until soft. Grind the oatmeal in a blender until fine.

Then add all the ingredients and mix until smooth.

Pour the mixture into a small baking dish and sprinkle with chocolate chips if desired. Bake at 160 degrees for about 35 minutes.


Ingredients for gluten-free sweet potato brownies

  • 200 g sweet potatoes (raw weight)
  • 100 g applesauce
  • 75 g rolled oats (gluten-free)
  • 50 g High 5 Protein Chocolate Brownie
  • 15 g chia seeds 1/2 tsp baking powder or baking soda
