Protein-rich vegan pizza
This protein-rich vegan pizza is easy to make and is perfect for a workout day meal or a casual weekend treat.

Preparation time: 30 minutes
Prepare Nutri+ protein pizza dough according to the instructions.
Fry the Nutri+ Protein burger mix in a pan like vegan minced meat until it becomes lightly crispy.
Spread the tomato sauce and vegan minced meat evenly over the pizza dough. Then add your desired vegan toppings, such as bell peppers, corn, onions, mushrooms or olives. Finish the pizza by sprinkling your desired vegan grated cheese on top.
Bake the pizza in a preheated oven at 180–200 degrees (convection oven) for about 15 minutes.

- 140 g protein pizza dough
- 200ml water
- 50 g Protein burger mix
- 3 tablespoons tomato sauce
- 3 tablespoons vegan grated cheese
- vegetables to taste (e.g. tomatoes, arugula and corn)
