Protein Brownie Muffins


These chocolate brownie muffins are soft, rich and easy to make. They are perfect for sharing, for the coffee table or as a sweet snack for an active everyday life.


Manufacturing

Preparation time: 40 minutes

Mix all ingredients except the chocolate pieces and puree with a hand blender.

Add a little water or plant-based drink until the dough becomes creamy. Stir in the chocolate chips and divide the dough into the pans.

Bake in a fan oven at 180 degrees for about 25 minutes. Let cool for a while and enjoy.

Brownie muffins are the perfect treat and gift!


Ingredients (6–7 brownie muffins)

  • 70 g fine rolled oats
  • 30 g 3K Protein chocolate brownie
  • 10 g baking cocoa
  • 80 g soy yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 35 g dark chocolate chunks (choco-chunks)
  • a little plant-based drink or water
